Chylothorax secondary to malignant hemopathies is an extremely unusual clinical entity. The case of a 71 years old man with chronic lymphocytic leukemia complicated by chylothorax is described. The patient was successfully treated with chelotherapy and drainage. Pneumon 2001, 14(3): 249-253.
